Why do the good music get NO AIRPLAY?

I’m a little PISSED at Radio and T.V….especially the music networks. It seems that whenever a REAL Artist comes out with a CD--they get no airplay--but if you got a STUPID dance or Fall out of your Cloths, they make you #1 on billboard--Regardless of Talent or Content. I THINK THAT IS BULL!!

Prime example--Amerie’s new album “In Love and Hate” came out on November 2 2009, yet how many times have you heard her on the radio, or even better, SEEN HER on any of the BIG MUSIC NETWORKS?? She had 2 bad ass video’s come out over the summer to promote her new c.d--yet I had to look them up on YouTube in order to see them…I think that is Ridiculous and Pathetic! All summer long, WE(all of us) watched the same videos play in rotation--sometime 20x’s a day…,yet in order to see something that DIDN’T have a RING on it or DREDZ with GOLDFRONTS I had to go online(shame on you music networks)! And if that’s not bad enough, I wouldn’t even have known she was back if it wasn’t for the Underground MixTape circuit(one D.J in particular-not naming no names, you know who you are and hip-hop fans THANK YOU).

Too make it MATTERS WORST, This has to be One of the Best..If not THE BEST R&B ALBUM OF 2009! From start to finish, there are songs for everybody like the club friendly “Heard Em All” to the powerful slow jam “Flowers” this is a must have for any TRUE hip hop/R&B fan. And to prove it…I’m Challenging EVERYBODY To get a copy and listen for your self, your guaranteed to love it--and if you got it already, then you know how I feel! And if you don’t like it…BIT MY HEAD OFF--but I know you will….And after you hear it(or even after a few tracks) CALL UP THE RADIO STATIONS and hit up the message boards on your favorite MUSIC NETWORKS and tell them to “Give the Girl Some play”--This Album is Worth it….
